The ultimate goal is to document the normally unseen environment and production on the other side of the "kitchen" door, capture the human element behind the food we are served. Will it work? We will see.

I would like to unofficially change the name of this place to "The Immaculate, Super Fresh, Awesome, Never Go Home Hungry, Definitely Will Go Back, Butcher Shop & Grill"
