The ultimate goal is to document the normally unseen environment and production on the other side of the "kitchen" door, capture the human element behind the food we are served. Will it work? We will see.

Chef Tito Piazza invited me back to Cipriani to photograph the pastry kitchen. It was an offer I couldn't refuse.
